Breathing and Meditation for Grief

I imagine that you are here because you are looking for supportive ways to move through the heavy and challenging feelings related to grief and loss. When we grieve, we feel like we’ve been thrown in to an alien landscape – the past may look ideal, we don’t recognise ourselves anymore and the future is frightening and we have no map.

I have created a gentle and supportive evening class once a month to help calm your nervous system and cultivate self-care through simple breathing exercises and meditation.

The session includes restorative mindfulness practices, providing a compassionate, safe structure for you to begin processing grief, adapt to change, and find emotional restoration.

Using simple self-regulation practices, you’ll learn tools to soothe anxiety, release tension, and ease overwhelm – so that you can allow glimmers of light back in.

Anna, from No One Dies Alone Cornwall, has taught breathwork and meditation for over 10 years.

About Breathing and Meditation Classes:

Sessions are based in the Zed Shed in Penryn these classes start at 6pm and end at 7.30pm

6pm – 7:30 pm includes simple guided breath-work, gentle movement, and meditation. 

Anna will guide you in to a simple meditation practice that you can use at home. And if you would like a practice recording – you will be invited to leave your whats app number on the day. 

Whilst Drop Ins are welcome you can also book your place online below

Please bring with you: Yoga Mat (if you have one), a cushion, a warm drink in sealed travel cup and a blanket. Be sure to wear warm and comfortable clothes. Chairs will be provided.
