No one should feel alone at the end of life. No One Dies Alone Cornwall provides training and companionship to those who need it the most.

Support for the Bereaved

Space to Breathe, to Remember, and to be Supported

Grief does not follow a timetable. It moves to its own rhythm – sometimes quiet, sometimes overwhelming, always deeply personal.

In this part of our work, we offer gentle spaces of connection and reflection. Support that honours loss, encourages expression, and allows you to find steadiness in your own time and way.

A Warm Space for Shared Understanding

The Companionship Café offers a welcoming, informal space where those who are bereaved can gather, talk, listen, or simply sit among others who understand.

There is no pressure to speak and no expectation to “be” a certain way. Just compassionate company, shared humanity, and the quiet reassurance of not being alone.

Gentle Practices for Calm and Balance

Breathing and meditation sessions offer simple, accessible practices to help steady the body and mind during times of grief.

These guided moments create space for reflection, grounding, and rest. They can help soften anxiety, bring clarity, and support you in reconnecting with your inner resilience.
