In August, our Compassionate Cafe welcomed NODAC volunteer and artist -Pam Heard, who invited participants to explore their creativity through clay and ceramics as well as mindful movement with Joanna Edge….

A project funded by FEAST Cornwall, to inspire conversations around ‘dying wishes’ by asking the question, “what matters to you?”…..

In July, our Compassionate Cafe embraced a truly heartfelt session as participants gathered to create grief wreaths, guided by the talented Skylark Doula, Heidi Westbrook.

In July, the Companionship Cafe team members had the uplifting experience of harvesting seasonal foliage in order to create beautiful grief wreaths at the grief cafe for all our friends….

At the end of June 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting a beautiful afternoon at the Companionship Café, focused on “Stitching with Intention.” Led by the talented artist Susie Chaikin, this event created a meaningful and calming space for those navigating the complexities of grief.
