Planning with Intention Taster Workshops

August brought together poets, artists and musicians to explore ‘planning for the end of life by living meaningfully today’.
NODAC - planning with intention workshop

The aim of the set of taster workshops was to create an ‘end of life’ journal using words, images, and intentions that answer the questions, ‘‘What matters to you? And what brings you joy?

Meeting at a secluded cabin near Wendron, the small group of soul-seekers became friends.
The process was a creative and uplifting one that included flow of consciousness writing, decoupage, meditation, movement practice, connection with nature plus beautiful & nurturing conversations related to death and dying.

We shared homemade soup with sourdough bread, delicious vegan cakes by Shilly Nakedmoon, ayurvedic coffee and almond snacks from Kashmir, India.

The outcome of these workshops will be the creation of a personal sketchbook and audio recording that highlights the parts of life that are most important to us, living for today and preparing for the end of life tomorrow.
