The monthly sessions at the Princess Pavillions are Drop-in events. Everyone is welcome.
The nurturing space is held by a dedicated team of volunteers and community mentors who support & foster an environment where it is safe to talk openly and share feelings related to grief and loss. You can meet the team here.

The Companionship Cafe is the light at a very long and dark tunnel. Each time I come along it’s like an oasis of calm and I feel able to carry on.
